We want you to love your new statement pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewellery in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
